We are often approached with the opening line “I have a project which...”; this is usually followed somewhere by “haven’t had time/space to do it”, “electrical”, and “...want to ride it this summer”, ending in “...can you make it safe and road legal?” Happily we are able to help. We work on trikes with anything from a “niggly little problem” to a total rebuild.

We are also authorised service agents for the 3 wheeled Piaggio APE 50 and TM. The people involved in BykaTryka are all in the unique position of having been regular riders of these fun but practical vehicles prior to the Piaggio distribution network being rolled out in the UK during 2005. We have been involved in the design and customisation of these vehicles for a variety of uses, usually in the catering field.

Particularly relevant to the customisation of catering vehicles is Food Hygiene. We don’t take chances. Sue holds a NCFE certificate in Food Hygiene and Safety in addition to a Diploma in Mobile & Outside Catering. All BykaTryka people hold the minimum of a Level 1 in Food Hygiene, so your vehicle meets top standards from the off.
